Carla Thomson

Family Law Paralegal

Carla's career started working in children in residential care, having completed the NNEB qualification. Carla then worked for Lincolnshire Local Authority as a family support worker, then as a Social Work assistant, before then becoming a qualified Social Worker in 2003, having worked in Lincolnshire, Doncaster and Rotherham as a qualified Social Worker. 

In 2007 Carla began working for Cafcass as a Family Court Advisor, then a Practice Supervisor. For the last two years Carla held Team Manager roles in North East Lincolnshire Children's Services.

Carla's career has been with children and families, the majority of which has been within family law. Carla has a passion for dispute resolution.
