The Position

Have you completed the LPC? Ready to take the next step toward qualification?

We are currently inviting applications from LPC graduates who are looking to join Team Rands & begin their career as a trainee solicitor in a supportive, hands-on legal environment.

We are looking for someone who will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload.

At Rands Solicitors, our training contract is designed to give you real responsibility from day one. You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors across a variety of practice areas, gaining the skills and confidence needed to qualify and succeed as a Solicitor.
